The date has already moved once

A September 2026 post on the Steam Community hub titled "Early Access Release Date Update" explained that the studio had originally aimed for a September Early Access launch, then pushed it to the first half of October 2026 to work on optimization and polish. At that point the exact day wasn't set, with a promise to announce it soon. October 20 falls inside that stated window, which makes it look like the outcome of that announcement rather than a second delay.
